First prize and distinction in the Internal Security Agency competition for national security students

We are extremely pleased to announce that Szymon Główka, BA, a student of national security at the Institute of Political Science and International Relations received the first prize in the 13th edition of the National Competition of the Head of the Internal Security Agency for the best master's or bachelor's thesis on state security in the context of intelligence, terrorist and economic threats. The awarded bachelor's thesis entitled “Napoleon's spies. The intelligence and counterintelligence system of Napoleonic France in the years 1804-1812” was prepared at the Department of National Security supervised by Mateusz Kolaszyński, Ph.D., and was reviewed by Rafał Woźnica, Ph.D.

The same competition awarded a distinction to Franciszek Dziadkowiec-Wędlikowski, BA - a student of national security -  for his bachelor's thesis entitled “Targeted killings as part of the CIA's strategy in the context of the September 11 terrorist attacks” (supervisor: Mateusz Kolaszyński, Ph.D.; reviewer: Błażej Sajduk Ph.D.).
